Today is my Gran's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANNY!!! We surprised her with some flowers and we are also taking her out for a nice meal tonight!

Anniversary!!!!

Today was Bryce and I's 6 year Anniversary! WOW, time has sure flown by. We are going to  celebrate our anniversary on Tuesday, as we are going somewhere over night and that's the only night she'd be able to watch her all evening and night for us! (Thanks Mum) I'm kinda looking forward to getting a good night's sleep :) I don't think anyone can ever prepare you enough for motherhood and the lack of sleep lol...... I love Zoey to death, but I am looking forward to spending time with my hubby! 

Bryce surprised me with some roses and a docking station with speakers for my itouch. I got Bryce a new wedding band, seems as after like a year of being married it was too small. So basically he hasn't worn a ring for 5 years of our marriage! So now he finally has a ring that fits :) Even though we didn't really do anything that exciting today, it was sure nice just chilling and being in each others company! Love You Bryce x

Mother's Day!

I had a really nice first Mother's Day! Breakfast in bed and Bryce washed her, changed her and even dressed her! Bryce was so tired this morning from cleaning etc... that I took a pic of Bryce and Zoey taking a nap! Also got a cute gift from Zo Zo's!

Skittles!

This really has little significance, but whilst sitting here up loading my blog, I look over and see my cat Skittles, stretched out on the love sac! She is so funny and I find her sleeping in some interesting positions sometimes. Anyways, I found this particular position cute that I took a picture! 

Pedicures!!!

So my Granny from England is in town and we decided to go and get pedicures. This was a gift from my mum to me and Gran for Mother's Day! It's interesting though that in England they've already celebrated Mother's Day! But.... anyways it was fun hanging out and getting our toes done together. We all had such pretty toes that I took a picture of them! Afterwards we got some yummy ice-cream, it was such a lovely hot day!  

Zoey.. what a little piggy!

So I took Zoey in for a weight check today, just to make sure she was consuming enough breast milk. Two weeks ago she weighed 8lbs 9oz, today she weighed in at........ 9lbs 12oz what a little piggy! I do love it when babies get chubby..... i'm loving her newly developed 'Thunder Thighs' lol..... Oh I just love her so much x

Mini Miss......

So I decided to take these two pics of Zoey this morning while she slept, she just looks so peaceful x

Although last night was an evening from HELL!!! She would not stop crying, the crying went on for a couple of hours. Finally at about 1030 pm Bryce and I took her for a drive and of course as soon as we put her in her car seat she stopped crying and within 5 minutes of being on the road she fell asleep! Good news to this story is, she then didn't wake up till 2am can you say WOW!!!!
